All products sold on Prakash Marg are digital downloadable products (PDF ebooks).
Due to the nature of digital content:
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided once the product is downloaded or access is granted.
2. Duplicate or Technical Issues
Refunds or re-delivery may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made accidentally
- Technical issue where the download link was not delivered or accessible
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with:
- Order ID
- Registered email address
- Payment reference ID
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
